ABSTRACT SUBMISSION


February 1, 2010 - deadline for report name submission (speakers);
March 1, 2010 - deadline for abstracts and advertising layout submission to the catalogue (speakers);
March 29, 2010 - deadline for submitting promotional materials and layouts to be included in participant’s folder.


Abstracts will be prepared for the III International conference “Remote Sensing - the Synergy of High Technologies.

Abstracts (electronic version on CD) will be distributed among all registered participants of the conference.

The following materials are to be submitted to the Organizing team for insert into the collection of abstracts:



1. Advertising modules:

  • 297ő 210 trim size;
  • Tiff, 300 dpi, CMYK;
  • pdf, 300 dpi. CMYC.

2. Abstracts:

  • Electronic version in English and Russian;
  • Requirements to text files - Word, Times New Roman Cyr 12, single line interval, full justification, automated hyphenation, 25 mm margins;
  • Volume - up to 2 pages, A4 size;
  • Photography.

3. Complete report:

  • Electronic version in English and Russian;
  • Requirements to text files - Word, Times New Roman Cyr 12, single line interval, full justification, automated hyphenation, 25 mm margins;
  • Volume - up to 5 pages, A4 size.

    • The title of the file should contain the following information divided with underscores:

  • The word "Abstract"or "Report";
  • The name of the main author (speaker);
  • Language (rus for Russian version, eng for English)..

For example of file name: Abstract_ Smith _rus.doc
                                               Report_ Smith _eng.doc

The title of a paper should be written in CAPITAL LETTERS in English (TimesNewRoman, Bold font style, 14-point size, center alignment, without paragraph indention).

Under the heading the full names of authors and the title of organization are indicated (type A TimesNewRoman , 12 pt, center alignment, without paragraph indention).

Then the text of the abstract in English should be placed (TimesNewRoman style, 12-point size, center alignment, paragraph indention – 10 mm, line-to-line spacing – single).


Requirements for visual AIDS:
Authors, giving oral presentations, will be provided with PC, multimedia projectors, displays.

Visual aids should be made in Power Point (*.ppt or *.pps).

We recommend you to use only standard font styles of Microsoft Windows (Arial or TimesNewRoman). The recommended size of font: for titles – no less than 20-point size; for text – no less than 14-point size.

The title of the file should contain the following information divided with underscores:

  • The word "Presentation";
  • The name of the main author (speaker).

For example: Presentation_ Smith.ppt

The presentation in an electronic form should be submitted to the Organizer (on CD or Flash-drive) in order to be downloaded in the PC.


The electronic version of your material should be forwarded to the Organizer.
