IV Remote Sensing - the Synergy of high technologies

For the first time an exhibition will be held during the IV International Conference "Remote Sensing – the Synergy of High Technologies"

Preparations for the 4th International Conference Remote Sensing – the Synergy of High Technologies which will be held in April 14 to 16, 2010 in Atlas Park-Hotel in the Moscow region are in progress. Annual conferences held by Sovzond arouse much interest of specialists working in the field of Earth remote sensing (ERS), geoinformation technologies and allied industries. Apart from plenary meetings, each of past conferences was accompanied by different events. To cover as many details of relevant topics discussed at the conference as possible, the organizer tries to diversify opportunities of attendees: seminars, master classes, round tables are held. A demo situation center was deployed at the previous conference and its operation attracted much attention.

For the first time an exhibition in a special-purpose hall will be arranged during the conference 2010. Each participating company will have its own exhibition stand (Figures 1, 2).

DigitalGlobe (USA) — stand No.7, ITT VIS (USA) — stand No.6, RapidEye (Germany) — stand No.5 and others have already confirmed their participation in the exhibition.

The conference organizer invites all interested companies to take part in the exhibition and demonstrate software and hardware, implemented geoinformation projects and projects under development, space technology capabilities. In view of topics of the conference Remote Sensing – the Synergy of High Technologies 2010 the following areas are of particular interest:

Ground-based complexes for online space data receipt and processing, and services providing instant access to archival folders;
Cutting-edge technologies for integrated thematic data processing;
Software systems and solutions for ERS data processing, development of GIS and geoportals;
Technologies for joint operation of space monitoring and GLONASS/GPS-navigation;
Equipment for situation centers (multi-sensor monitors), interactive data visualization tools, online remote interaction;
Geodata pool construction technologies, server equipment and clusters for processing interactive graphical data.
